Sound familiar?

Feeling puffy, heavy, or ready for a pause?

You're eating better and moving more, yet some days your body still feels uncomfortable. PressoTherapy offers a gentle way to relax and support fluid movement—not another workout or a test of willpower.

Your lymphatic system relies on movement and pressure to help return excess fluid from your tissues. Sequential compression can support that process, but swelling, bloating and fatigue have many possible causes. Persistent or unexplained symptoms deserve a medical evaluation.

Puffy hands, ankles or legs

A need to unwind

Comfort alongside your wellness routine

How LymphoPro® works

Three experiences. One 30-minute session.

01

Sequential Compression

22 air chambers inflate in a wave from your feet toward your core. Rhythmic pressure helps move fluid and may ease temporary feelings of puffiness and heaviness.

02

Soothing Warmth

Gentle infrared warmth adds comfort and may help ease a feeling of stiffness. Warmth and pressure are adjusted to your needs.

03

Deep-Pressure Rest

Steady pressure can feel like a long, calming hug. Take a break from your busy day while lying back fully clothed.

Why we offer this

A little more comfort along the way

PressoTherapy isn't a substitute for a real weight-loss plan. It's an opportunity to unwind and support your comfort while working toward your wellness goals.

At Inspire Weight Loss Nutley, our 10-week real-food program teaches the structure, skills and stabilization process that support lasting change. PressoTherapy can be enjoyed on its own or paired with that program and Contour Light body contouring when appropriate for you.

Frequently asked questions

What is PressoTherapy?

PressoTherapy, also called pressotherapy, uses a suit with air chambers that inflate and release in sequence. The rhythmic pressure helps move fluid and can support circulation and relaxation.

What is lymphatic drainage, and why does it matter?

Your lymphatic system returns excess fluid from tissues to your circulation and supports immune function. It relies on muscle movement and changes in pressure rather than a central pump like the heart. Swelling and fatigue can have many causes, so persistent or unexplained symptoms should be assessed by a healthcare professional.

How does LymphoPro® work?

LymphoPro® combines sequential compression through 22 air chambers, gentle infrared warmth, and steady deep pressure in a 30-minute session. Settings are adjusted to your comfort after a health screening.

What does a session feel like?

Most people describe a slow, rhythmic squeeze moving up the body, like a firm, warm hug. Pressure is adjusted to your comfort. You stay fully clothed and lie back while the suit cycles.

Is it the same as a lymphatic massage?

Not quite. Instead of hands-on massage, PressoTherapy uses an inflatable compression suit. It is not a replacement for specialized manual lymphatic drainage or care prescribed for a medical condition.

How often should I come in?

It depends on your goals, health history, and response to your first session. Some people choose weekly visits and others occasional maintenance sessions. We will discuss an appropriate schedule with you.

Can PressoTherapy help with weight loss?

PressoTherapy is not a weight-loss treatment on its own and does not replace a nutrition plan. Changes in fluid retention are not the same as fat loss. It can complement our real-food weight-loss program or Contour Light sessions when appropriate.

Who should avoid PressoTherapy?

It may not be appropriate for people with active blood clots (DVT), serious heart or circulation conditions, active infection, or pregnancy. Certain conditions require physician clearance. We review your health history before treatment; this list is not exhaustive.

What should I wear?

Comfortable, fitted clothing such as leggings and a light top works best. You stay dressed throughout your 30-minute session. Health screening takes place while planning your visit. After your session, you meet with a Health Coach for a consultation, so allow extra time.

Individual experiences vary. PressoTherapy is not a replacement for medical evaluation or treatment of underlying conditions.
